1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "mama4d", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the mama4d online gaming platform, operated at mama4d.club and its associated mobile applications.
• "User", "you", or "Member" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the mama4d platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the mama4d platform, including all associated wallet balances, transaction history, and player settings.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered by mama4d, including but not limited to live casino, slots, sportsbook, and lottery products.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within your mama4d account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin awards, or cashback amounts credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including but not limited to submission of a valid MyKad or equivalent government-issued identification document.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of mama4d is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. mama4d does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction, and you acknowledge sole responsibility for determining your legal position.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or any jurisdiction specifically excluded from mama4d's permitted territories as updated from time to time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party. All accounts must be held in the account holder's own name and operated solely by that individual.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether through mama4d or any other gambling platform or regulatory body, at the time of registration or at any time during active account status.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the mama4d registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

• You may hold only one active account at any time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your mama4d username or password with any third party. mama4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. mama4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage and to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Accounts registered by bots, scripts, or automated processes are prohibited and will be terminated without notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mama4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods displayed on the mama4d deposit page at any given time, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking transfers.
• mama4d reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Temporary unavailability of a specific payment method does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method, as displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. mama4d may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• All funds deposited into your mama4d wallet must be your own legally obtained funds. mama4d maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to payment provider processing timelines beyond mama4d's control.
• mama4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or temporarily hold funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, mama4d offers bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional offers to eligible members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• mama4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already met qualifying conditions, any awarded bonus funds will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of prohibited betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements, or exploitation of a technical error — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Cashback offers apply only to qualifying net losses within the specified period and product category. Cashback is calculated after all bonus wagering requirements have been met and is not applied to activity conducted with Bonus Funds.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on mama4d are provided by licensed third-party game studios and software providers. The following terms apply to game play:

• All games are governed by the individual rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail with respect to game outcomes.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the respective game providers and are independently audited.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studio environments. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions observed via live video stream and are not subject to RNG software.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the outcome of any round already in progress will be determined and the result applied to your account balance upon reconnection. mama4d does not accept liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a verified game malfunction, mama4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked funds to the player's wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mama4d platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using software, robots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not withdrawable and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including third-party e-wallets or bank accounts.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mama4d staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

mama4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Age Verification: All users must be 21 or older. mama4d employs age verification procedures and will suspend accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect or increased after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss figures are available and configurable from account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting mama4d Live Chat. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any exclusion period, mama4d will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from accessing the platform, including ceasing all promotional communications.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

mama4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• mama4d is required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the Account.
• The user is found to be ineligible to hold an Account (including age ineligibility or self-exclusion status).
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as notified to the account holder prior to imposition.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mama4d platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, and the mama4d brand name and associated trademarks, is the property of mama4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of mama4d content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mama4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, even if mama4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, system outages, or game unavailability caused by factors beyond mama4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• Losses incurred by a user as a result of gambling activity on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted consequence of participation.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mama4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your mama4d wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of your personal information by mama4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

13 Amendments to Terms

mama4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mama4d will provide reasonable notice via the platform, registered email address, or a prominent notice on the website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mama4d's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority or an agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause shall prevent mama4d from seeking interim or injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge their responsibility for independently assessing the legality of online gaming participation in Malaysia under applicable local legislation.
